Signing a card

What happens if I sign a card, and the campaign fails. Does this mean I could lose my job?

The card you sign is confidential. It is illegal for the union or the Labour Board to share that information with the company.

If the company retaliates against you or anyone for lawful union activity during or after the organizing drive we can file charges against the company.

Myth #1: The union just wants your dues money
