Teamsters truck at FedEx Ground

I just wanted to say that the Teamsters truck was at our facility yesterday. To me..it was such sweet karma to see our hub manager franticly searching for aid in having the teamsters truck removed. Oddly enough...the truck wasn't even parked on our property. I think the presence of Teamsters yesterday gave the workers a renewed sense of hope. As I looked at the truck all I saw was the enormous strength and power that the teamsters represents. I definately want that strenght and power to represent me at FedEx Ground. Go Teamsters Go!!!

The Real Story about union dues

  1. The Canada Labour Code says that $5 is required for the sign-up process.
  2. There are no initiation fees when you join Teamsters Canada.
  3. You start paying union dues only when you obtain your first collective agreement.
