unionizing the whole company

unionizing fedex ground in Canada,would that benefit me ? I work in the U.S. and shure would like the same benfits here in the U.S.

The more of FedEx that is unionized the stronger you will be going into collective bargaining. History has shown this to be fact. What needs to happen in the U.S. is change to your current laws regarding "independent contractors" and the Railway Act.

Myth #4: FedEx management say’s it will close any unionized terminal

It is against the law to say that or any threat.  FedEx hasn’t closed its unionized European operations nor have they eliminated their unionized pilots.  So why would they shut you down?  The answer is simple: “it’s only a scare tactic”.
